Shipping
Normal orders take 3-4 working days to process.
Monthly Health eDrop orders are finalized on the 2nd of each month.
Thereafter, shipping time will vary as per below:
1. Main City Centres 2 – 3 working days
2. Outlying Areas 4 – 5 working days
Shipping Costs
– We deliver across South Africa, as well as into neighbouring countries
– We offer PUDO locker deliveries at a flat rate of R69
– or Direct Deliveries to your door at a flat rate of R150
Additional Info
– We offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders over R1500
– You will receive a Confirmation Email once your order has been received
– For Direct Deliveries, your order may be delivered via courier anytime between 08h00 and 17h00
– If you are not available at the time of delivery, and you have not agreed to allow a third person to accept delivery on your behalf, then you will be contacted by the courier service to arrange for a second delivery attempt.
Returns
Health eDrop (Pty) Ltd accepts returns within 7 days of purchase if a product is defective, or not in an appropriate condition.
Products must be returned unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and will be subject to inspection once receipt.
Only items which have been investigated & approved by the supplier will be valid for return/refund.
Once approved, you will have the choice between either:
1. Exchange – Exchange the goods for any other product(s) of the same value.
2. Refund – A full refund for the purchase, excluding shipping fees.
* All return shipping will be arranged by Health eDrop (Pty) Ltd. To arrange a return please contact us by email at info@healthedrop.co.za.
*Health eDrop (Pty) Ltd. is not liable for any errors made by the customer selection various options during purchase.
*If the return is due to a fault on Health eDrop’s part, we will absorb the return shipping costs.
*If the unit is deemed to be in suitable condition by the supplier, we will not being able to exchange the unit, or offer a refund.
